Roles and Responsibilities
Communications
Create visually appealing digital assets and ensure consistency in design elements across various platforms.
Work with organisational portfolios to develop and implement the communications strategy to support business development
Prepare engaging monthly newsletter and communications
Create content that profiles our programs including stories, images and videos for social media, case studies, program profiles and news article
Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns
Marketing
Maintain and enhance the organisation's brand image.
Reenforce brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency.
Develop compelling and targeted content for various marketing channels.
Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all marketing materials.
Work with Campaign agencies to plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign success.
Social Media
Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
Stay updated on social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
Schedule and publish content to maximize reach and engagement
Foster and manage relationships with the online community.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Identify and collaborate with influencers relevant to the brand.
Manage influencer relationships and track their impact on the brand's online presence.
General
Adhere to the relevant RLSNSW policies and procedures that relate to RLSNSW Community Engagement programs.
Represent RLSNSW in a professional manner while undertaking work on RLSNSW Community Engagement Programs
Refer all media enquiries to the General Manager or the RLSNSW Aquatic Industry Engagement Manager
Represent RLSNSW as a media spokesperson when required
Support public awareness of RLSNSW key messages.
Assist the Senior Management Team with any other reasonable tasks as required.
