Join Royal Life Saving NSW and Arts & Aquatic to connect with likeminded seniors and make a splash back into aquatic activity and refresh your lifesaving skills. This program is proudly funded by the NSW Government as part of the Connecting Seniors Grant. 

This free 3 week program incorporates a practical CPR awareness session as well as two in water activities which are followed by a complimentary afternoon tea where you will catch up on the days activities with new friends. There are 25 free positions available so register now to secure your spot! 

To be eligible for this free program you must be 65 years or older or 50 years plus if Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, and reside in the Hunter Region. 

Session Outline: 

Aqua Fitness Session 1 - Monday 18th March at 2pm, followed by afternoon tea at 3:15pm Aqua Fitness Session 2 - Wednesday 20th Mrach at 2pm, followed by afternoon tea at 3:15pm Lifesaving Refresher Session - Friday 22nd March at 2pm, followed by afternoon tea at 3:15pm
