Royal Life Saving's Community Pulse interactive workshops are tailored specifically to support seniors (60+) and CALD communities. Participants will learn or refresh vital skills in CPR, the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and increase water safety knowledge. 


This workshop builds confidence and practical knowledge to respond effectively in real-life emergencies, while also encouraging safe participation in water-based activities You'll gain the knowledge and confidence needed to respond effectively in critical situations. 


Best of all, participation is **FREE** thanks to the generous support of Club Parramatta under the ClubGRANTS scheme. Don't miss this invaluable opportunity to learn life-saving skills that could make all the difference!
