We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support the delivery of marketing, communications and digital engagement activities across NSW, ACT and Tasmania.
This role plays a key part in promoting our programs and services, strengthening brand presence, and contributing to advocacy and storytelling that makes a real impact in the community. It’s a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration and purpose-driven work.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of marketing and communications campaigns
Create and edit content for digital channels including websites, social media and eDMs
Assist with brand and messaging consistency across platforms
Support advocacy and storytelling initiatives aligned to organisational priorities
Contribute to social media management, scheduling and reporting
Assist with digital analytics, reporting and optimisation activities
Provide marketing and communications support for campaigns, programs and events
Selection Criteria
Essential
Experience in marketing, communications, digital media or a related field
Strong writing, editing and content creation skills
Understanding of contemporary marketing and digital communication techniques
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience managing social media channels and basic content design
Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO principles or CRM/automation systems
High attention to detail
Ability to work flexibly, including occasional after-hours commitments within NSW
Desirable
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, PR, journalism or a related discipline
Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar design tools
Experience in a community-based or not-for-profit organisation
Experience supporting events, campaigns or stakeholder engagement activities
