We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support the delivery of marketing, communications and digital engagement activities across NSW, ACT and Tasmania.

This role plays a key part in promoting our programs and services, strengthening brand presence, and contributing to advocacy and storytelling that makes a real impact in the community. It’s a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, collaboration and purpose-driven work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of marketing and communications campaigns

  • Create and edit content for digital channels including websites, social media and eDMs

  • Assist with brand and messaging consistency across platforms

  • Support advocacy and storytelling initiatives aligned to organisational priorities

  • Contribute to social media management, scheduling and reporting

  • Assist with digital analytics, reporting and optimisation activities

  • Provide marketing and communications support for campaigns, programs and events


Selection Criteria


Essential

  • Experience in marketing, communications, digital media or a related field

  • Strong writing, editing and content creation skills

  • Understanding of contemporary marketing and digital communication techniques

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Experience managing social media channels and basic content design

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO principles or CRM/automation systems

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional after-hours commitments within NSW


Desirable

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, PR, journalism or a related discipline

  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar design tools

  • Experience in a community-based or not-for-profit organisation

  • Experience supporting events, campaigns or stakeholder engagement activities
