The purpose of this role is to contribute to the overall learning experience that our clients have throughout their Royal Life Saving Training Course. The role is responsible for providing high level customer service, following policies and procedures to help troubleshoot learner concerns, record and store information, and ultimately assist learners in completing and accessing their qualifications.

The role is based out of our Castle Hill Office in NSW, and you work closely with our Training Services team, an courses staff across NSW, ACT and TAS.

Your focus will be on:

  • Supporting our Training Services team by demonstrating high-level customer service to assist our clients through their enrolment and learning journey.
  • Following organisational procedures and policies to resolve customer queries related to future, current and past enrolments.
  • Confidently troubleshooting learner issues within our Learning Management and Training Management Systems

Essential Requirements

  • Fully Vaccinated
  • Experience/Knowledge of the Aquatics Industry

Desirable Criteria

  • First Aid Certificate
