Junior Instructor has been designed created within an educational and training environment to provide an opportunity for less-experienced individuals to gain practical teaching experience and develop their skills under the guidance and supervision of more senior instructors or mentors.

Junior instructors allow individuals who are still developing their teaching abilities to gain hands-on experience in a real teaching environment. It provides them with the opportunity to practice lesson planning, classroom management, and instructional techniques.
