Please see the activation email titled 'Activate Your RLS Account' which was sent at the time or enrolment or please click the 'Learner Portal Access' button in your Enrolment Confirmation email. This means you have not activated your aXcelerate account yet, please visit your enrolment confirmation and click 'Learner Portal Access', it will then ask you to sign up for the online learning platform. How long does the online learning take? Online learning does not take a set time, it can also be done in multiple sittings. It is estimated that your Online Learning may take: HLTAID009 - Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - 2-4 Hours HLTAID011 Provide First Aid- 6-8 Hours Pool Lifeguard - 4-6 Hours Swim Teacher - 7-9 Hours Bronze Medallion - 2-4 Hours What is a one time log in code? The one time log in code is a log in method that can be used if a candidate has used the aXcelerate platform before but does not remember their password. A code will be sent to your associated email/phone number and that is used to log in. This is useful as training is generally done annually and is an easy way to log in.
