Duke 4 Sport

Duke 4 Sport

Royal Life Saving NSW is proud to be a Duke for Sport Partner for the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award, a global youth development program empowering young Australians aged 14-24 to explore their full potential.

Participants must learn a new skill, volunteer their time, improve their physical wellbeing and experience a team adventure in a new environment.

To achieve each Level of the Award, participants will need to meet the requirements of each Section as set out by their Award Level;

Below are some diverse and enjoyable examples of how participants can complete their sections with Royal Life Saving NSW.

Courses can be divided up into hourly sessions to align with Duke of Ed time requirements.

The minimum age for Royal Life Saving Swim Teacher & Pool Lifeguard course is 16 years.
