Customer Services Representative
About the job
The role is responsible for an experienced Customer Service representative to provide timely, accurate and efficient information and assistance to our customers across NSW, ACT and Tasmania whilst ensuring the provision of a high-quality customer experience.
The role is based out of our Castle Hill Office in NSW, and you work closely with our highly talented and innovative teams across NSW, ACT and TAS
Your focus will be on:
- Create a positive relationship in all customer interactions, maintaining a professional and friendly manner and ensuring customer satisfaction as a priority.
- Use a thorough knowledge of information, resources and RLS NSW |ACT|TAS operating practices and systems to address, resolve and record customer enquiries and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate person.
- Successfully complete activities as required to support the provision of service delivery and comply with privacy requirements and legislative obligations ensuring confidentiality, privacy and integrity of information is not compromised
As you will be the first impression to most of our customers, you must be customer service focused, reliable, organised, have strong attention to detail, able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, all while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
You will be able to work independently and in a team and be a problem solver.
