Position: Aquatic Industry Development Manager

Location: Great Sydney Area

Employment Type: Full-Time


The Role:

As the Aquatic Industry Development Manager, you will:


Manage Risk and Industry Services: 

Lead the way in assessing, managing, and mitigating risks within the aquatic industry. Ensure that our services not only meet but exceed industry standards.


Drive Industry Growth: 

Develop and implement strategic plans to working with Industry to drive advocacy and foster partnerships that help improve sustainability


Advocate for the Industry Positively: 

Advocate for the aquatic industry at state and national levels by engaging with a range of stakeholders to influence policy, while promoting the benefits and advancements of the industry to the broader community.


About You:

  • Proven experience in risk management, aquatic industry , business development, and/or advocacy within the aquatic or related industry.

  • Strong understanding of the Aquatic Industry in Australia

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Passionate about making a positive impact in the industry.
