This online module introduces aquatic facility staff to the fundamentals of identifying, managing and reducing psychosocial hazards in the workplace. It is fully contextualised to aquatic environments and provides practical guidance on risk management, legal duties and effective response strategies, supported by realistic scenarios and interactive activities.
Learners gain an understanding of common hazards, their impacts, and the responsibilities of workers and managers in promoting wellbeing, resilience and safer working environments.
The module forms part of Royal Life Saving’s professional development suite for the aquatic industry and can be completed at your own pace. A certificate of completion is issued on successful finish.
