Looking to step into a leadership role? The Aquatic Team Leadership program will provide emerging leaders with a hands on workshop based around modern leadership strategies, and high performing teams in this exciting new Leadership course delivered over 2 days.

This program allows facility leaders to explore their leadership behaviour in a way that both challenges and inspires. Participants are encouraged to reflect on the skills required to transition from being managed to becoming leaders who motivate, influence and inspire others.
