Our trainers will also be notified that your online learning has been completed, you will not need to show them on the day, we recommend keeping the email just in case.

This means you have not activated your aXcelerate account yet, please visit your enrolment confirmation and click 'Learner Portal Access', it will then ask you to sign up for the online learning platform.

Online learning does not take a set time, it can also be done in multiple sittings.

It is estimated that your Online Learning may take:

• HLTAID009 - Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - 2-4 Hours

• HLTAID011 Provide First Aid- 6-8 Hours

• Pool Lifeguard - 4-6 Hours

• Swim Teacher - 7-9 Hours

• Bronze Medallion - 2-4 Hours

The one time log in code is a log in method that can be used if a candidate has used the aXcelerate platform before but does not remember their password.

A code will be sent to your associated email/phone number and that is used to log in.

This is useful as training is generally done annually and is an easy way to log in.
