About the event

Join Royal Life Saving NSW and Maitland Aquatic Centre to connect with likeminded seniors and make a splash back into aquatic activity and refresh your lifesaving skills. This program is proudly funded by the NSW Government as part of the Connecting Seniors Grant. 

This free 3 week program incorporates a practical CPR awareness session as well as two in water activities which are followed by a complimentary morning tea where you will catch up on the days activities with new friends. There are 25 free positions available so register now to secure your spot! 

To be eligible for this free program you must be 65 years or older or 50 years plus if Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, and reside in the Hunter Region. 

Session Outline: 

CPR Session  - Thursday 4th April 9.30am – 10.30am followed by morning tea

Aqua Activity 1– Thursday 11th April 10am – 11am 

Aqua Activity 2 – Thursday 18th April 10am – 11am followed by morning tea
