Royal Life Saving NSW invites you to join us on Restart a Heart Day for a free, inclusive community event designed to empower Fairfield residents with vital CPR, emergency response, and water safety skills.
Through our Community Pulse workshops, you’ll learn how to:
Recognise and respond to medical emergencies
Call Triple Zero (000) and use the Emergency Plus app
Perform CPR and use an AED (defibrillator)
Stay safe around water and prevent drowning
