We’re excited to announce that Royal Life Saving’s renowned Leadership Program is continuing for 2026.


This highly regarded program has helped over 100 aquatic professionals to step up with confidence, strengthen their leadership capability, and make a lasting impact in their facilities and communities.


Emerging aquatic leaders have the opportunity to undertake in this interactive and engaging workshop — led by our expert facilitator, Peter Agnew, and designed specifically for the aquatic and recreation industry.


Program Includes

  • 2 day face to face workshop

  • Pre-course DiSC Profile to complete - approx. 20 min
