취소 정책

This policy applies to all participants enrolled in the fee-free Junior Lifesavers program. Participants are required to attend at least 6 of the 8 scheduled lessons to fully benefit from the program. If a participant attends fewer than 6 lessons, a $100 non-attendance fee may be applied. This fee can be waived if a valid doctor’s certificate or a reasonable explanation for the absence is provided. Failure to meet the attendance requirement may affect eligibility for future fee-free programs. For further assistance, please call (02) 9634 3700 or email hannahskuodas@royalnsw.com.au.
